Account Access for SAIC Stockholders

TAX INFORMATION

1099-DIV statements representing dividend income paid in 2022 were mailed on November 7, 2022 to current and former stockholders of SAIC who received $10.00 or more in dividends throughout 2022. As such, a 1099-DIV statement will not be mailed in January. Therefore, you are encouraged to retain the statement for your tax records. If you sold stock in 2022 totaling $20.00 or more, a 1099-B will be mailed on or before February 15, 2023.

Electronic copies of any tax forms issued are also available by accessing your account(s) through one of the below links. Select Tax Forms and Documents if accessing via the Employee Online Portal and Statements & Documents if accessing via the Investor Center. Additionally, stockholders may contact a Computershare customer service representative using the telephone number below to request a duplicate mailing if needed.

NON-EMPLOYEE STOCKHOLDER ACCOUNTS

This Employee Online portal is primarily used by current and former employees to access:

Equity Awards: Stock Options, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) and Performance Stock Units (PSUs)
The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
Common Stock held at the Transfer Agent only (Trust or custodial accounts should be accessed through Investor Center)

If you are using the Employee Login button above, log in with your User ID and Password if you are an existing user and your Global Identifier (six-digit Employee ID) and temporary PIN if you are a new user.

If you are using the Login Using Your SAIC Network Credentials button above, and you are currently logged into the SAIC network on your computer, you will be brought directly into your Computershare Employee Online account. If you are not currently logged in, you will be prompted to enter your SAIC network credentials before being brought to your Computershare account.
